WinMo Asus Glaxy7 wants a piece of the action

The unofficial debut of an Asus device is heralded today by a bunch of live pictures leaked on the web. Rumor has it the Asus Glaxy7 features a massive 3.5" touchscreen, a 5 megapixel camera and a body made of stainless steel.
Should the rumored specs turn out right, the Asus Glaxy7 is going to give the HTC Touch Diamond and the Samsung i900 Omnia quite a run for their money. The Glaxy7 will have a trackball in charge of non-touch navigation, which seems the better option to us than Omnia's optical joystick. The new Asus is also said to have quad-band GSM support and tri-band (900/1900/2100) HSDPA.

Chances are good too that the Asus Glaxy7 screen will support WVGA resolution and the handset will have a built-in accelerometer. Measuring 115x59x13.8mm Asus Glaxy7 will carry 4GB of internal storage and a memory card slot. A-to-Z connectivity options include WLAN, USB and Bluetooth.
With the launch date rumored as soon as October we're all ears for an official confirmation by Asus.
